Randall is Content Strategy Lead at iQ Content, a user experience design agency in Dublin. She co-writes the content strategy blog Mapped. Before moving to Dublin, she lived in New York, where she worked for Conde Nast, Every Day with Rachael Ray and The Onion.
Jonathan Kahn
Jonathan Kahn is a web developer, content strategy advocate, and basmati rice aficionado. In 2008 he founded Together London, a collaborative web design agency. He writes at lucid plot.
Destry Wion
Destry Wion is a user-focused creative originally from Seattle, WA, and now living and working out of Strasbourg, France. He conceived and co-organised the original CS Forum 2010 in Paris, and co-organises the Content Strategy Paris Meetup group, though he thinks he should probably just start one for Strasbourg. Simon Whatley is a user experience designer, web developer and trainer. He’s studying for a master of science in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics at UCL.
Gerry McGovern
Gerry has been a thought leader on the strategic value of quality web content for 15 years and he’s internationally renowned as an author, speaker, consultant, and teacher on web management, usability, and task-focused content. His company, Customer Carewords is based in Dublin and clients include Microsoft, Cisco, Enterprise Ireland, and HSBC. Gerry has written four books, including Content Critical, Killer Web Content and his latest, The Stranger’s Long Neck.
Lise Bissonnette Janody
Lise Janody is Founder and Principal of Dot-Connection in Paris. She’s a fully bi-lingual content strategist, providing services for large, multi-language websites. Lise is also the founding organiser of the Content Strategy Paris Meetup group.
